The Rahn Group makes selective private equity and venture capital investments. In both cases, we look to be a minority part of a syndicate with institutional investors in new investments. With new opportunities, we are willing to provide an initial review of potential investments, and if appropriate, an introduction to one or more of the institutional investors that we have worked with in the past. Assuming interest at that level, we proceed with that institutional investor as part of the investor syndicate.
